Return and exchange requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at info@boutiquebeesknee.com within 48 hours of purchase/receipt.
If this deadline is not met or if the items are damaged, returns/exchanges will not be possible.
However, if your heart doesn't beat for anything at Bee's Knees, we'd be happy to offer you a credit note for a purchase at a later date, when you're feeling more inspired.
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after we receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
