How to use your sales tracking portal
Here's how to use your sales tracking portal:
Viewing Item Details:
In the "Item List" section, you can see a list of your consigned items, including their price, split percentage, and status.
Checking Dates in the Sales History: In the "History" section, hover over the indicated dates, for example, “4 days ago.” This will allow you to see the exact date of the sale or inventory date for each item.
Calculating Sales Amounts: Add up the sales amounts for the requested month or previous months based on the information visible in the history.
Receiving Email Notifications: An email is sent to you each time an item is sold. You can use these notifications to keep track in real-time.
Note: Consignors who deposited items before June 2024 do not have an individual account and will only receive email notifications when an item is sold.
This guide will help you navigate and use your sales portal more effectively.
Accessing the Portal: Click on the following link to access your portal:

Important: Please monitor your sales regularly to avoid any oversight. If we do not hear from you within 2 months, a 15% service fee may be applied to your sales amount.
Note: We will not process requests received after this period. Your earnings will then be carried over to the following month.
