Return clean, good condition and saleable clothing, without major defects, holes, stains, odors, missing buttons.

During this initial screening, we reserve the right to refuse any item that does not meet our style and quality criteria.

It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with how our services work and it is also up to you to ask all necessary questions if certain elements remain unclear or require clarification.

Return and exchange requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at info@boutiquebeesknee.com within 48 hours of purchase/receipt.

If this deadline is not met or if the items are damaged, returns/exchanges will not be possible.

However, if your heart doesn't beat for anything at Bee's Knees, we'd be happy to offer you a credit note for a purchase at a later date, when you're feeling more inspired.

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after we receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
